Under the supervision of Assistant Vice President of Operations, acts as the “eyes and ears” of Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC). This includes awareness and oversight of all operational flows at the Rhode Island T. F. Green International Airport, both inside and outside of the terminal. Supervises the Sr. Operations Specialists and other Airport Operations Specialists with assigned tasks. Monitor all construction activities both by RIAC and third parties at the airport, concession activities, vendors’ activities, parking operations, customer service, airline operations and communicate with management and other responsible parties in real time.
