This key position oversees all aspects of on-street, off-street, enforcement, and events parking management for the Parking Authority of River City (PARC). With responsibilities spanning from managing over 5,000 on-street parking spaces to supervising 14 parking garages and five surface lots totaling 11,000 spaces, the General Manager will play an important role in ensuring operational excellence, user efficiency and satisfaction.
