The City of Boise is accepting qualified applicants for a security systems administrator position to perform overall management and provide expert support of BOI technology systems. As a department of the City of Boise and an extension of the centralized IT team, this role has the opportunity to keep critical landside systems running. Key responsibilities include ensuring proper IT resources are in place to keep workers and travelers safe, identifying industry best practices and opportunities for innovation and optimization. Requires Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience in airport security operations, or equivalent.
