This position will serve as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day interactions with the Fixed Base Operator (“FBO”) and general aviation (“GA”)/ corporate aviation tenants based at CLT. The FBO at CLT is operated by a third-party on behalf of the City through a management services contract which generates over $7.5 million in annual revenue. The FBO & Fueling Lease Coordinator will administer the terms of that management services contract and oversee all leased properties on the FBO campus. This position will also be responsible for overseeing the Airport Fuel System Lease with the Airline Fuel Consortium which generates over $1.5 million in annual revenue.
