The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $210,000 and is accompanied by a generous benefits package including vehicle allowance. Relocation assistance will be offered.
The Houma Terrebonne Airport Commission (HTAC) is seeking an Executive Director for the Houma-Terrebonne Airport (HUM) to lead its operations and drive its economic development. Reporting directly to the HTAC Board Chair, the Executive Director will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and directing activities associated with the airport’s operations. Requires a strategic leader who can work closely with stakeholders, tenants, and regulatory authorities to ensure the airport’s success in introducing electric and hybrid-powered Advanced Air Mobility and emerging autonomous cargo operations into high seas airspace, and build positive relationships with local, city, and state business leaders. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field. Ten years of experience in airport/aviation operations, including five years in management or leadership role. Accredited Airport Executive (A.A.E.) or NBAA Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) certification or commitment to complete following hire.
