The Airside Operations Supervisor provides supervision and daily oversight of airside operations including safety and wildlife inspections, employee training, NOTAMs, contract security company compliance, security protocols and operations support. They will ensure all safety and security procedures are communicated and followed in accordance with FAA, TSA and Airport regulations and policy.
This position is responsible for coordinating tenant operations and assigned boarding gate needs with appropriate air carriers. They will train and direct the Airside Operations Specialist staff (6), evaluate work performance, and ensure all tasks are completed in a safe an efficient manner. This person will also be responsible for reviewing and updating FAA Advisory circulars and Airport certification manual.
Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration or related area; 4 or more years of previous related work experience at a Part 139 airport that includes supervising direct reports; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record history.
