The CAD technician will produce construction documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D, create airport layout plans and exhibits, and prepare detailed plans for existing conditions, demolition, and proposed changes. Responsibilities also include completing design revisions, ensuring compliance with CAD standards, managing multiple projects, and maintaining file management. Effective communication with team members is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience with Civil 3D and AutoCAD platforms or combination of work experience and education.  
• Experience with AviPlan preferred
• Knowledge of the airport environment preferred
• Possess both a strong willingness and the ability to learn.
• Carefully follow verbal and written instructions.
• Quickly adapt to processes and different software in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work and be engaged in a team setting.
• Successfully complete an AutoCAD proficiency test administered by the firm.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Full proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills and the ability to represent DY Consultants in client-facing roles at all levels.
