The Airport Planning Director is responsible for the guidance and development of the capital program to ensure its alignment with the Airport’s short-, medium-, and long-term goals while balancing the external influences of tenant stakeholders and City, State, County, and Federal programs. This includes the oversight and management of airfield and terminal planning, programmatic controls of capital programs, environmental programs, and design of vertical projects. Work involves leading the management of planning, environmental, and architectural staff and consultants to support and ensure compliance of the development of airport facilities, projects, and programs.
