Director of Concessions We are seeking a dynamic and action-oriented Director of Concessions to join our Revenue Management division. This leadership role will oversee all concession-related interactions and build and maintain robust relationships with our concessionaires. The ideal candidate will be a decisive decision-maker who thrives on innovation and disruption within the industry. Incumbents in this classification report directly to the Chief Revenue Management Officer. The Director of Concessions will lead negotiations and relationships with Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) business partners as it relates to concessions to significantly improve ONT’s standing among world-class airports while ensuring that the department achieves its revenue objectives.
