The Huntsville - Madison County Airport Authority, is accepting applications for the position of Operations Specialist. Duties include performing a variety of specialized technical support for the operations department of the Airport Authority. Under general supervision, work involves various functions associated with the daily operation and services of the airport. The position ensures compliance with FAA Regulation Part 139 and TSA Regulation Part 1500 series including the airport certification requirements. Ensure day-to-day compliance with city air permit, NPDES permit and spill prevention/storm water pollution plans. * Individual will serve as liaison between airport management, tenants, and the public.
