This role will be responsible for initiate, schedule, and implement a broad range of aviation related projects and programs outlined in the MAC Capital Improvement Program (CIP). In addition to the implementation of, and the cost/budgeting accountability for, assigned Commission-approved civil engineering development projects at the Minneapolis – Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) and the Reliever Airports. Technical responsibilities include working directly with architectural, engineering, and construction management consultants and overseeing the development of design studies, project plans, specifications, and reports pertaining to CIP projects.
