Report to the Director of Real Estate and Airline Affairs, this position is responsible for the management and oversight of the Rental Auto Concession Programs, including associated service site and vehicle storage agreements, air cargo agreements, MSP and Reliever airport non-aeronautical revenue development and associated agreements, multiple commercial properties, the MSP land appraisal process, federal and state government lease agreements, and Commercial Service License Agreements. These agreements are contractually leased and used for purposes of generating revenue for the MAC. This position is also responsible for property management functions for MAC owned commercial properties and various other property assets under lease to maintain the value of assets with minimum interruption
