The salary range for this position is $218,000 - $270,000 and includes an attractive benefits package. MRY is willing to negotiate a relocation reimbursement for candidates who need relocate to the area. Base salary is commensurate with experience.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will provide strategic vision, foster key partnerships, and manage operations, including regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and exceptional customer service. Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 7-10 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in a senior leadership role
