SkyCity is seeking a Director, Maintenance and Engineering to oversee maintenance operations at our airports, ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability. This leadership role involves managing our third-party O&M service provider, maintaining critical airport infrastructure, and developing long-term capital improvement plans. All of the day-to-day maintenance and engineering services will be provided by a third-party O&M service provider. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, enforce high safety standards, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless airport functionality. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience in maintenance and engineering leadership. Expertise in airport maintenance, airline operations, and regulatory compliance including property management and the administration of leases, licenses and contracts.
