The Assistant Director plays a critical role in defining and implementing initiatives for profitable and sustainable concession development related to business performance and revenue growth. Responsible for the management of concession properties, which are contractually leased for purposes of generating a revenue stream to the Metropolitan Airports Commission. Responsible for the design, development, management, and operation of MAC’s terminal concession program and nonaeronautical revenue development at both MSP terminals. This position’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading the activities of a top ranked staff engaged in managing the airport concessions, developing new concepts and concessions, evaluating proposed operations, ensuring compliance with contract terms
