The Airport Manager of Contracts and Procurement is a new role within the newly formed section of the Finance and Administration department at SCDA. This section consolidates existing staff who previously performed these functions within other working groups, aiming to bring additional focus and enhance internal customer service. The Contracts and Procurement section will handle purchasing duties related to goods and contracts under the PURA designation and solicitations for professional services generally categorized under the PURB designation. Additionally, the section will manage contract term extensions, amendments, invoice and product confirmations, and other administrative roles for both PURA and PURB contracts.
