Work within the MAC Finance department performing various accounting functions of high complexity, requiring competency and significant independence. Maintains fixed assets records, including depreciation calculations, prepares reports, reconciliations, and journal entries in addition to projects for the annual budget and the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and annual financial audit. Maintains accurate and complete accounting records for the MACs restricted grant and bond funds, tracking project activity and expenditures, including Passenger Facilities Charge (PFC) expenditures, reporting, and preparation of audit work papers.
