Under the direction Of the Assistant Director of Operations and Maintenance, the incumbent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of airport-owned commercial tenant buildings and grounds. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. This role will have a strong tenant, stakeholder, and vendor presence, helping foster strong relationships. Responsibilities will include communication and analysis of facts and observations to assist management in decision-making, serving as the liaison between Operations, Business Development, and the tenant.
