The County of Orange is seeking a Capital Projects Manager – Airport Project Programming for John Wayne Airport to oversee the planning and delivery of its multi-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP), a $700 million investment in the Airport’s future. Reporting to the Planning and Development Deputy Airport Director, this leader will guide a team of project managers responsible for advancing infrastructure initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability across the airport campus. Seven (7) years of progressive experience in capital improvement programming, project management, construction, or engineering, including one (1) year in a supervisory role.
