The Manager of Airport Maintenance reports directly to the Airport Director. The Airport Authority seeks a forward-thinking and innovative candidate to look at all aspects of the department and make recommendations to the Assistant Airport Director. The ideal candidate has a strong background in training, coaching, and mentoring teams and has prior operations and facilities maintenance experience. The ability to develop, implement and monitor a predictive/preventive maintenance plan. Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
