The purpose of the Landside Operations section within William P. Hobby Airport is to maintain a safe and secure environment for the traveling passengers and motor vehicles. The Airport Operations Supervisor-Landside promotes a customer-friendly experience while maintaining a safe and efficient operation by managing roadways, terminals, and commercial ground transportation at William P. Hobby Airport. The Airport Operations Supervisor-Landside leads a team of front-line employees who have a thorough understanding of airport activities and proactively and quickly respond to mitigate issues. The Airport Operations Supervisor-Landside is also responsible for traffic management at the curb, supports with security compliance, and provides onsite investigations and facility inspections. The
