Airports Operations Manager
Oversees operational, safety and security needs of the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), Destin Executive Airport (DTS) and Bob Sikes Airport (CEW) (collectively, the “Airports”); ensures day-to-day operational effectiveness and compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 139 and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. Bachelor's degree in aviation management or related field supplemented by minimum five years, consisting of four years of progressively responsible experience at a commercial (Part 139) service or military joint-use airport with an FAA operating certificate, with at least two years in a supervisory/management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills
