This proponent will be responsible for the implementation of airside, landside, terminal and cargo projects from planning through design and construction. This proponent is expected to have an in-depth, all-around understanding of landside, terminal, airfield and roadway issues at large hub airports. This understanding is to have been developed through professional, hands-on experience. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the Department of Aviation and pertinent local and federal standard practices are performed and maintained in accordance to state and federal regulations.
