Position manages portfolio of approximately 30 U.S. airports served by main line aircraft. Diverse portfolio of location types and sizes ranging from one aircraft gate ramps and sort facilities up to major sort locations and regional/national air hubs. Responsibilities include: cultivating, growing and managing relationship with airports, serve as lead point of contact with airports, lead negotiator of business points in airport operating agreements, letters of intent, lease amendments or new lease agreements and related airport agreements. Knowledge of and experience in commercial/airport real estate development is a plus as is A.A.E. or C.M. designation
