Assist Executive Director in developing and implementing state policy which enhance airport programs, airport safety, and state funding for airport improvement projects throughout the State of South Carolina. Program Manager will use professional discretion to manage staff, education and training, and may conduct workshops for the general public concerning aviation matters. Additional duties include, but are not limited to: •Coordinate with Airport Development staff, and airport and federal officials to maintain and prioritize annual list of statewide projects. Review construction plans and master plans, and associated budgets.
