This position is responsible for managing the lead planning efforts of the Airport Construction and Development Program for the state. Position is responsible for system-wide airport capital improvement plans, planning program, airport layout plans, general and air carrier maintenance program, and the pavement condition index reporting program. Responsible for planning, developing, managing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and securing of grants and other funding for budgetary assistance in the advancement of aviation development programs funded by the FAA Airport Improvement Program. Develops, manages, implements, and evaluates the state aviation airport construction and development priority program to achieve multimodal commerce goals and objectives including engineering,
