The Norfolk Airport Authority is seeking a Sr. Manager of Facilities responsible for the Airport’s Building Maintenance and Janitorial Departments and oversight of an Operational Readiness, Activation & Transition (ORAT) program. This individual participates in long- and short-term planning for departmental business activities with policy formation and will ensure facilities operate at peak performance through streamlined and efficient practices and procedures. They will develop and implement a comprehensive facilities maintenance program to optimize investment and maximize useful life of facilities.
