The Assistant Director works closely with the Airport Director, Finance Manager and Operations Staff to accomplish the Airport’s goals and objectives. The candidate possesses well-developed skills in leveraging the operational knowledge of key team members to ensure the Airport is safe, clean, efficient, and always in a serviceable condition. The Assistant Director is responsible for the day-to-day activities of Operations personnel and contractors. They direct the Airport’s FAA compliance requirement activities and the annual FAA 139 inspection process. An essential part of the Assistant Director’s position is assisting Airport staff during emergencies, including aircraft or vehicle accidents, inclement weather conditions, fuel spills, etc. BMG is a Regional GA Airport in Bloomington, Ind
