As Terminal Operations Coordinator, you play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the use of common-use terminal assets at MSP Airport. Includes overseeing gate control, ticket counter, bag claim assignments for both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Utilizing advanced technologies such as the Resource Management System and other enabling systems, maintain a comprehensive understanding of terminal operations. First point of contact for operations and maintenance concerns, conduct routine facility and ramp inspections, documenting findings, ensuring necessary work orders are completed.
