The Eugene Airport is looking to hire a Systems and Technology Manager!

The Airport Systems and Technology Manager leads, plans, and manages the Airport’s information technology, cybersecurity, and systems innovation functions. Oversee the design, maintenance, and strategic advancement of airport technology infrastructure supporting safety, security, operations, and the passenger experience. Directs projects related to networks, systems integration, cybersecurity compliance, and emerging technologies in partnership with the City’s Information Services Division (ISD), the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), and key airport stakeholders.
This position is responsible for strategic direction and daily oversight of airport information systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity compliance. The position operates with significant independence, managing contracts, vendors, and staff as appropriate.

A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:
Experience: Six years of progressively responsible experience in systems programming, data communications, and hardware setup, maintenance and installation.
Training: Requires Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with course work in computer science or related field.
Master’s degree preferred
Ability to achieve AAAE Certified Member (C.M.) within first year in position.
