• Knowledge of and ability to follow State, Federal, and JMAA’s procurement policies and procedures. • Display strong initiative while being attentive to details and compliance focused. • Shine at providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and building relationships internally and with vendors while demonstrating high ethical standards. • Have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management or directly related field. Certification as a Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) from the Universal Public Procurement. • Have a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in procurement and contracting, including analysis of cost proposals negotiations, resource planning, and competitive procurement processes. • Four years’ experience
