The Williston Basin International Airport (XWA) is operated by the City of Williston, ND. XWA is seeking qualified candidates to lead our airport operations team! The Airport Operations Manager will be responsible for managing overall operations and regulatory compliance of the airport. The manager will provide continuity between operations supervisor shifts, oversee training and scheduling of staff, manage the airport's badging program, participate in Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) duties, among many other tasks. This role serves as a critical link between front line operations, maintenance, and airport administration staff, ensuring consistency, safety, and efficiency across all functions.
