Jorgenson Pace has been retained to conduct the search for the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for the Piedmont Triad Airport Authority. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to advise one of the nation’s most dynamic airport authorities as it advances major aerospace, logistics, and economic development initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key advisor to the Board, the CLO/General Counsel will provide strategic legal counsel on governance, commercial agreements, infrastructure projects, regulatory compliance, public-private partnerships, and organizational risk management. The role requires strong executive judgment, experience navigating complex legal and regulatory environments, and the ability to support a fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of aviation, economic development, and public-sector governance

Minimum Requirements

• Juris Doctorate
• 7-9 years of legal experience, 10+ years preferred
• North Carolina State Bar License to Practice Law
