The Aviation Department seeks a dynamic leader with demonstrated experience in managing complex procurements, contracts, small business engagement and outreach, and ADA and Title VI federal compliance programs. The Deputy Aviation Director of Procurement and Compliance Services (P&CS) provides managerial leadership and direction to 25 professional staff in the day-to-day business operations of two procurement teams, a small business engagement and outreach program, an ADA/Title VI program, risk management, and division administrative support.

The Deputy Aviation Director of P&CS reports to the Assistant Aviation Director/Chief Revenue Officer. The position requires strong managerial abilities, technical expertise in procurement, familiarity with FAA regulations for procurement, ADA and Title VI programs, and business community engagement, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Additional duties and management responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
