The Sun Valley/Friedman Memorial Airport, in Hailey, ID, is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time, non-exempt Airport Operations/Aircraft Rescue Firefighter (ARFF) Specialist This position is responsible for day-to-day safety, security, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance of the Airport during an assigned shift. This role is often required to work independently, with little supervision, on any given shift, 24/7/365. Applicants must be proactive, self-motivated leaders. Responsibilities include the inspection and documentation of airfield conditions in accordance with FAA and DHS/TSA regulations, responding to and managing emergencies in the capacity of an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter, maintenance and repair of all airside, terminal, and landside facilities.
