This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and assisting with project-based initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities
·Administer and support core IT systems, including servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
· Monitor system performance, availability, and security across infrastructure environments.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory, IAM)
· Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and storage systems.
· Maintain and support backup and disaster recovery solutions.
· Assist in network configuration, including VLANs, routing, switching, and firewall policies.
· Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints (workstations, laptops, mobile devices)
· Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
· Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
· Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
· Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
· Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (basic to intermediate)
· Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls
